I actually have plan to blog/share about ma Asience Shampoo a few weeks ago but keep on delaying it till i forgot about it then i came across Beaty's shampoo rambles yesterday which after reading her post i wanted to blog about ma Asience Shampoo, perhaps by sharing this it will help Beaty on her hair solutions (finger cross). Frankly speaking, i never stick to one shampoo been trying a lot of shampoo products (except expensive shampoo brand lah) but none of it satisfy me until i came across Asience Shampoo from Kao brands [ASIENCE is a trademark of Kao corporation Japan].  It use Japan's advanced M-18 hair beautifying technology which restores, replenishes and nourishes the hair's natural protective coat, 18-MEA brings hair back to its original lustrous condition from within. So before further damage done due to coloring better i cepat2 temporarily switch to Asience Shine Therapy Shampoo perhaps for 3 months kah...

My Review on Asience Shampoo : Hair feels light, fresh, and smooth even without conditioner and calming aroma. I guess the energy essence (natural precious ingredients) in Asience Shampoo 's contains works well.


Again this is about sharing NOT promoting Watson or Advert. I shared because i  personally feel good about this product and again sharing is caring right???

BUT....again tidak semestinya 'ngam' sama sia 'ngam' juga sama orang lain kan...hair type masing2 lain kan?? and mana lah tau ada yang berminat mo mencuba kan so tiada salah juga bah sharing2 and info2 right??

Facial Mask

How you choose the best facial mask for your skin?? Frankly speaking, if you point me that question i don't know how to answer that!! When ever i go to the department stores i have hard time to choose which facial masks to buy as too many of them. There are clay masks, gel masks, fruit extract masks, yogurt masks, peel-off-masks just to name a few in a long lineup. There are different kinds of masks for different purposes!!

Normally i will end-up buying the 'sheet style mask' in which a paper mask is dampened with liquid to tone and moisturize the skin which i think not worth buying in terms of price count in a month / frequent usage.

I was actually surveying for facial mask (tube packaging ~ tidak mo bili sudah yang 'sheet mask' tidak pilihan bijak) from St. Ives brand since last week, but seems the brand didn't produce any facial mask i guess  paling2 yang banyak sia nampak facial cleanser and facial scrub saja and today sia cuba lagi pigi round Guardian di 1B pun tiada juga then pigi lagi Watson pun tiada juga so i thought mimang teda  lah sudah tu St. Ives produce facial mask product so i try to survey other brands instead.

I was actually looking for clay mask type (which is thicker consistency, and will draw out impurities from the pores) as it suitable for skin type like oily and combination skin. Perhaps this link will help you to choose  the best  facial mask for your skin.

Kalo SRG ada facial mask kan bagus!! Anyway, while i was surveying at Guardian i bumped into Hydrafresh L'Oreal water plumping mask and another one from simple brand but its a gel mask type but am not into both as am looking for clay mask type so i make a move to Watson, when i was at the Garnier brand section i bumped into this --->

Health & Beauty : Dietary Supplement

What are dietary supplement (also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement) do you take in your daily life? from which brand? Sometimes to select the best quality one will gives you headache cos many of them in store right? For me, i always purchased my supply from Cosway cos of  its product quality, safe and trusted.

Remember my previous post which i mentioned one of my beauty tips routine is i'll make sure me take ma dietary supplement daily? Well, i only take 2 types of dietary supplement since a few years back until now and it always been this--->

1. Evening Primrose Oil (EPO)

Regular EPO undergoes heavy refining processes to extend it shelf life. Refining cleans up the oil. allowing cheaper, low quality or dirty oil to be used.  Unfortunately, this process also damages the oil and strips away the beneficial components of EPO, including Triterpenes - the naturally occuring lipophillic antioxidants in EPO that help the body mop up damaging free radicals.  By removing these antioxidants, refined oil becomes unstable and may be prone to oxidation, which can produce potentially toxic and carcinogenic peroxides, especially when it is heated during processing. Triterpenes also enable our white blood cells to function better and possess anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce joint pain.

When EPO is obtained via cold process which ensures minimal contact with heat, light or oxygen - the 3 factors that can damage oil quality, and is not refined, its quality is preserved at its purest natural state, along with natural components and antioxidants - including Triterpenes.

My Health Confession :

Back in Sept 2009, i 1st encountered serious health problem (hypertensive - high blood pressure) with the reading of 140/90 and from that moment every month i have to check with doc. Every time when i visited doc for appointment to check-up on ma  blood pressure the reading makes me so stressed up (fear control me) there's one time it reaches 134/100 and its not good. So doc advised me to prescribe the hypertensive medicine to control ma blood pressure but i don't want. Cos that time i have fear if i started taking the hypertensive medicine i will depends on it (some case, when you starts prescribe the hypertensive medicine you will prescribe it for life) . 

So i request from doc, to give me at least 3 months to  let me control ma blood pressure naturally and get check-up every month and he agrees. Doc advised me to lose weight!! i was heavy that time starting with figure 7 in kg??, control my food intake, change my life style bla..bla..bla...

With strong determination in 3 months plus i lost 8kgs!! after doing my 7km walking every day at Likas jogging track after work. Dinner time i totally cut down the rice (believe me you lost weight fast!!), less meat, eat healthy food, adjust my sleeping time to get enough sleep, drank a lot of water day time, no more alcohol and late night out (i think for a year plus) and taking my dietary supplement daily helps me improve a lot of my body system i just can feel it.

And now i can smile as long i kept that 'strong determination' with me and with my dietary supplement and maintaining my weight and keep in control i will be fine. Now my blood pressure is normal yeahhhh!!!

Ma Beauty Skincare

When i read about Dyana's post about her skincare and Dora's on her natural skincare method i was called to make an entry about my beauty skincare too. Well, sharing is caring bah kan and  as well to respond si Nowriz punya request asking me to make entry on how me take care of ma smooth skin (dia bilang) hehe...

Tell you the truth i have no beauty secret to share just beauty tips a little and a skincare set that am loyally using and its almost 2 years now. I totally love the result!!

1. Get myself enough sleep!!!
2. Pampered ma face / eye with soothing mask twice a week
3. In 2 particular days i will let ma face totally naked from any skincare application during night time
4. Will drink a glass of water, 1st thing in the morning right after woke-up from sleep (some say it tips for awet muda) celebrities like Tiara Jacquelina practice this daily for your info. As for ma case, it improves ma digestion system as every morning i never fail go to the loo
5. Drink a lot of water in a day time
6. I'll make sure i take ma supplement food daily (will blog about it)
6. Never ever sleeps with your heavy make-ups on all night long!!! How lazy you are please REMOVE it!!

Oh by the way, i used skincare from St.Ives for ma daily make-up remover. What i love about it.. its 2in1 functions, make-up remover as well as facial cleanser...

Magic BB - Review

As promised,  here are the review...

I love it!!!! 

The "Magic BB" powder foundation does do its magic on ma face skin tone. I love it for its oil-control and really  giving me that matte, silky finish as claimed and a flawless look. Since, Magic BB contains SPF20 i don't have to worry much about the UVA & UVB rays as Magic BB sure protect ma smooth skin memang sa puas hati lah. Tapi itu saya lah, apa2 pun kamu buli cuba sendiri bah at your own risk arrr tau lah skin tone / type kita tidak sama.

Nah....lu tingu lah sendiri.... Oh ya, for your info photo2 di bawah ni original ya...me tidak buat sebarang EDIT cos i really want you to see the difference before and after sa apply tu Magic BB powder foundation.

I don't know if it's a new product from SG, but  really would love to try it. Bought this Magic BB powder foundation from Watson 2 days ago. What attracts me to buy this is the word "Magic BB"!! ntah butul kah  tidak magic dia ni!! Anyway, I haven't try it yet, but soon. Ma color tone selection is Ivory (no.1) cos i found the color suits ma skin well while played with the tester.
