Regular EPO undergoes heavy refining processes to extend it shelf life. Refining cleans up the oil. allowing cheaper, low quality or dirty oil to be used. Unfortunately, this process also damages the oil and strips away the beneficial components of EPO, including Triterpenes - the naturally occuring lipophillic antioxidants in EPO that help the body mop up damaging free radicals. By removing these antioxidants, refined oil becomes unstable and may be prone to oxidation, which can produce potentially toxic and carcinogenic peroxides, especially when it is heated during processing. Back in Sept 2009, i 1st encountered serious health problem (hypertensive - high blood pressure) with the reading of 140/90 and from that moment every month i have to check with doc. Every time when i visited doc for appointment to check-up on ma blood pressure the reading makes me so stressed up (fear control me) there's one time it reaches 134/100 and its not good. So doc advised me to prescribe the hypertensive medicine to control ma blood pressure but i don't want. Cos that time i have fear if i started taking the hypertensive medicine i will depends on it (some case, when you starts prescribe the hypertensive medicine you will prescribe it for life) .
So i request from doc, to give me at least 3 months to let me control ma blood pressure naturally and get check-up every month and he agrees. Doc advised me to lose weight!! i was heavy that time starting with figure 7 in kg??, control my food intake, change my life style bla..bla..bla...
With strong determination in 3 months plus i lost 8kgs!! after doing my 7km walking every day at Likas jogging track after work. Dinner time i totally cut down the rice (believe me you lost weight fast!!), less meat, eat healthy food, adjust my sleeping time to get enough sleep, drank a lot of water day time, no more alcohol and late night out (i think for a year plus) and taking my dietary supplement daily helps me improve a lot of my body system i just can feel it.
And now i can smile as long i kept that 'strong determination' with me and with my dietary supplement and maintaining my weight and keep in control i will be fine. Now my blood pressure is normal yeahhhh!!!
