Toll out from Manila
Anyway we left hotel before 8am. Our destination is to The City of Tagatay. A bit intro, Tagatay is a second class city in the province of Cavite, Philippines. It is one of the country's most popular tourist destinations. Provides a good view of the Taal Volcano (a volcano inside the volcano) furthermore, its popular for summer tourist destination because of its cool climate due to its high altitude.
In Geography wise, Tagatay City lies on top of the Tagatay Ridge which at 2,100ft above sea level, is the highest point in Cavite. The ridge provides a spectacular view of Taal Lake (a lake within an island within a lake) and Taal Volcano.
On our way to main destination to (sabar will reveal juga, keep on reading) a lot of interesting things to see along the way. Some of it the gigantic soft drinks. Ada hati konon mo bawa balik KK but apa kan daya tidak TERangkut bah ging!!
Gigantic Soft Drinks
Besides the gigantic soft drinks, i fall in love with all the beautiful Christmas landscape at every "Crosswinds" entrance at some parts of Tagatay City. I mentioned entrance because we just passed by the place. Its just along the main road. We didn't go in, so i have no idea what it really looks like from inside the area. So i goggled it and borrowed the picture just to let you have some ideas what crosswinds all about. (Photos source from Goggle, hard for me to snap picture from a moving van with fast speed)

[Similar things i saw]
Perhaps some of you have no ideas what are the Crosswinds is, no worries here are a bit explanation.
About Crosswinds Tagatay
Crosswinds is a haven south of Manila inspired by the architecture of Switzerland. Rows of picturesque chalets sit serenely on a lush terrain at one of the highest points of Tagatay. Over 20,000 pines trees perfume the property with its sweet scent, further adding to the calm while the music of interweaving winds soothe the senses that offers a breath-taking view of Tagatay's lush landscape.

If you guys still tidak puas hati tingu ni crosswinds you can always goggle it, banyak lagi crosswinds yang lagi mantap di Tagatay.
Another interesting thing to see further way up is wood carving furniture. Alah... yang macam jual sayur di kundasang tu di tepi2 jalan tapi ni bukan jual sayur lah dorang jual tu furniture yang kena ukir. Handmade, the design awesome!!!. Kalo pigi borong sana sa rasa murah tu tapi apakan daya susah mo menapau balik KK bah!! (Ini pun pinjam photo dari goggle sebab kami limpas saja teda stop!!)
Makin lama makin sejuk pula perjalanan kami sebab tempat yang kami mo p ni macam mo p sana kundasang bah sajuk2!! So, there are this one place we dropped by for a while before we reached our main destination. Its a holy place for the people of Tagatay especially for the Roman Catholic. The place called Tierra de Maria (want to know more about the the place just click the link). Just spend about 30mins here for sight-seeing and photo taking.
Mama Mary
I bought the "Energy Card" for myself
Leaving Tierra de Maria about 15mins, finally we reached our main destination Palace in the Sky. Situated in one of the highest places in Tagatay. From here you can see the majestic view of the Taal Lake and Taal Volcano.
The best thing is, to reach Palace in the Sky site you will experience a short JEEPNEY ride. Yup, finally we TERnaik juga bah tu JEEPNEY, punya main siok!! If one day you have an opportunity to travel to Philippines don't forget JEEPNEY ride is a MUST!!
Inside the Jeepney
Palace in the Sky was supposed a presidential house during the time of former Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos and his famous wife Imelda Marcos. But when they both kena guling from the government the construction Palace in the Sky was stopped. When the new government ruled the construction Palace in the Sky was discontinued and it was left unfinished just like that till to this day.
But now it is open for the public and the place now is like a park and a viewpoint where visitors can see the Taal Lake and Laguna de Bay and has a well-maintained Japanese Garden.
Visitors like to go here because of the historical value of the place and to enjoy the cool temperature. Palace in the Sky is among the popular places that visitors of Tagaytay City check out.
It's getting cold in here!!
Spectacular view of Taal Lake & Taal Volcano from Palace in the Sky
Besides enjoying breathtaking view from Palace in the Sky you can shop varieties of souvenirs here too. They are all likable.
And now it's time for us to make a move to our next destination. But before that give me a chance to show-off for the last time before leaving palace in the Sky.
On our way to the next destination i sempat snapped this scene. Do you guys familiar with its condition. Macam di KK kan!! I meant the PTI squatters in KK. But here upgrade sikit mixed with 'concrete squatters'. You will see this scene mostly in the City of Manila. No wonder they can live situation like this in KK cause they used to live like this in their own home country. Everywhere you will see this but in a fast-growing development areas you will see less of this, but still there is a little bit yang terselit-selit.
Next is MARKET! MARKET! that is our destination. MM is a real estate development owned by Ayala Land subsidiary of Ayala Corporation and part of the Ayala Mall chain. Located at Mabini Avenue Corner Mckinley Parkway, part of the fast-growing Bonifacio Global City which is Ayala Land's new central business district. It is the first of its kind of development in the Philippines combining traditional and non-traditional retailers and wholesalers within a mall setting.
We are given about 1 and half hour for sight-seeing here. 1st thing we do is having lunch at the food court!! sudah lapar tahap gaban!! Its past noon od lor!!
Then let photos do the talking...

Besides touring inside the Ayala's Mall, another option is you can wandering outside the mall where you can see a lot of retailer's booth selling their traditional goodies or market which selling variety of fruits, Vegetables, Flowers and to name a few within a mall setting.
But the one am interested the most are their traditional foodies from the retailer's booth. Bought a few to bring back home. Well, its a green beans turn to a yummy foodies called "Perolina's Shing-a-Ling". Have not seen one before in KK, that's why i bought it...
Green beans turns to...
Shing-a-Ling!!
Another one is called "Chicharon" famous among the Pinoy. Its a Pork skin crackers where you can just eat like that jadi pusas time2 tingu TV.

Next, it's time for shopping!!! Our next destination is to a shopping center!! This time we're gonna shop till drop and till our last pesos!! (eh...kasi tinggal juga tu peso sikit2 lah for the next day lunch and a little bit of last shopping before fly back) cause its our last day staying in Philippines. We have been holding the urge to shop to the fullest for the last 2 days and now its time for Pembalasan si Pitung!!
Our destination Greenhills Shopping Center famous for its tourist destinations. A bit of intro, GHSC is the Philippines' premier shopping, entertainment, and dining destination - with over 2000 stores in a unique indoor/outdoor environment. Located in Ortigas Avenue, San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines. The only shopping center has its own chapel. Besides GHSC, you too can enjoy Greenhills Night Market just opposite GHSC which start operation from late evening till past midnight. There will be a nightly show you can enjoy too called "The Enchanted Christmas". Greenhills is just so happening at night time and again Christmas Spirit are so alive here!!

Greenhills Night Market
By the way, this day is the longest period time we spend full blast shopping. Almost 7hrs straight in GHSC itself!! There are lot of things to see and buy from here, you named it all!! Again a REMINDER bargaining skill is mandatory here!! For the ladies, you will go crazy with all the accessories and the handbags. Most of the handbags here carry the brand names. FYI, it's not original though but its genuine with high grades. Well enough with the talking here, and now let the photos do the talking. Oh ya, the photos for the Greenhills inside view are source from goggle. You see, when i entered the shopping mall i got so excited and half crazy and too busy hunting what i want until i forgot to take pictures from inside view.

Mind you, we start shopping at GHSC at 3pm and out from shopping mall at 8:30pm which passed 30mins from our pick-up time itupun tidak habis explore semua. Crazy tired but i guess we all enjoy cause when we met at the meeting point all were smiling with masing2 punya story 'membargain' walaupun ketara lah bah tu muka kepanatan!! Unfortunately, we didn't spend some time at Greenhills night market cause too tired and not enough time. Sampai lupa makan and the body and foot ache jangan cakap lagi lah!!
Back to the hotel we took half and hour time to relax. Headache to see all are our shopping things bertempiaran unpack since day 1. But too tired to do the packing. Since perut sudah terasa lapar, we decided to have a brisk walk to the nearby fast food restaurant just nearby our hotel for dinner.
