Soupy Scramble Egg

Posted by Rose Flower at 11/01/2011 03:54:00 PM
I don't know if anyone of you out there have taste it or ever came across this simple recipe haha. I named this 'soupy scramble egg'.  This recipe introduced by ma dad we called it "recipe kampung si daddy'. I still remember when i was small, dad used to cook this for us.  According to dad his late mom taught him to cook that soupy scramble egg when he was still a young boy. According to ma dad again, his late mom used to prepare all food for table in 'rebus' method and they family not used to eat cooked food using 'oil' or  any cooking method beside 'rebus' cause most of the time they will get the stomach ache especially ma late grandma. Well that was so long long time ago at ulu-ulu kampung before they adapt into today's era.

Well yesterday out of the blue i was drooling to have this so called 'recipe kampung si daddy'. Before this,  i  have tried a few times to cook it but failure. Look so simple but needs a little effort to make that perfect scramble hehehehe. So yesterday ma attempt was a success!!

All you need is 4 basic ingredients
Egg, Water, Salt & Ajinomoto

How to prepare (serving for 1)
1. Ready your pan and heat
2. Put the water in (since am serving for 1 ma water measurement - half of small soup bowl)
3. Put in the salt & ajinomoto secukup rasa and stir a bit
4. Put in the egg (am using 1 egg ) and stir a bit and let it slowly boil, stir bit by bit till it form a perfect  scramble

This recipe you can served with rice or can be an appetizer or something soupy dish.

Personally, i always like it taste even its just a simple taste.

So anyone of you out there whose willing to try this recipe you are welcome and am  really looking forward for you to blog it out yarr and would love to know your review about this so called 'recipe kampung si daddy' siurang hahahaha....after you have tried it of course!! (if anyone interested to try la).

Healthy food indeed not even using any oil worrrr....

So here it is.....tadaaaaaa....the succeed attempt!!

Till then....Good luck for those who wants to give it a try kio....
