Welcome to ma Kampung - Kuala Penyu
I remember back then so stressful to go back kampung because of the road condition. Today from Beaufort to our kampung only took about 20mins to reach. Back then about 3hrs due to "gravel road" and it's very tiring journey, thanks to today's development!!. To reach our home kampung (not actually our home my uncle's home (mum's bro) where we used to stay whenever we go back kampung for every chinese new year) usually we followed way from Bundu, Batu 4 road (before KP town) but last Sat we followed from Kayul road.

We purposely followed this way cause we want to see the road upgrading progress on going. According to mum "cantik sudah jalan dia" besa lah dekat2 PRU-13 ni sana sini lah jalan kena upgrade cantik2 especially di kampung2. Well it's true the upgraded road memang tip-top now still pending the installation of the 'culvert' and then to 'tar' the road as well to complete the incoming water pipe project hopefully the kampung people can fully enjoy the water pipe by Chinese New year. Currently, ma uncle still pending water source from "Perigi" a.ka "Well" or the worst "Rain Water" ~ (the ugly truth) even shower at "Perigi" which is i enjoyed the experience juga. Memang payah sikit lah mandi "Perigi" but ada syok juga kalo sekali sekala mandi perigi especially early in the morning sejukkkkk nya air and feeling fresh. Well at least sa terasa juga lah mandi "Perigi" and rasa kekampungan itu before the water pipe coming in and i heard the project will complete in December!! and i really hope there is no DELAY!! So here' s the road progress...

The main reason we followed this road is because we want to see mum's land somewhere along this road and the main reason why ma parents went back kampung is to settle their land matters which is the site of our new (ma parents) kampung home in the near future (hopefully by next year after the project completed). You see both ma parents are retiree so biasalah orang tua ni kalo yang sudah lama bekerja di bandar their dreams to have home and live in Kampung so did ma parents. We are so excited when mum told us her plan to build house in kampung and we are looking forward for it too!! So next time balik kampung ada sudah rumah sendiri. But, all the plan will only be implement by next year mo tunggu dulu tu road & water pipe project siap by end December. So, this is the land site...

Now nampak macam 'sunyi' saja but wait till the road and water pipe project completed macam cendawan tumbuh saja orang buat rumah. Cause along the way ada saja land site rumah orang we saw kena kasih rata ada yang lagi besar kawasan dia i guess some mo buat bungalow kali tau hehehehe. So there's something for me to update in the near future hehehehehe....

Before heading back to KK we spare time to Tempurung beach to relax and camwhoring!! Tempurung is one of the main attraction Kuala Penyu have but i think not enough commercialize. The other side is called Tempurung Seaside Resort but we didn't go there maybe next trip and will blog about it if there is a chance.

Spending time about 45mins at Tempurung then we head-off back to uncle's house for a short nap before going back to KK. Left kampung at 3pm and reached KK about 5:30pm. What a bliss getaway indeed...
